The bedding material for the cubicles, developed in collaboration with BAKO, is specially designed to provide cows with a comfortable and healthy environment. This mixture of lime, water, and straw promotes optimal hygiene while ensuring excellent comfort thanks to its soft, absorbent texture.

The fine particle size (0–0.09 mm) ensures optimal reactivity, minimizing technical issues during application. This process helps limit bacterial growth, reduce moisture, and prevent infections such as mastitis.

For the initial filling of the cubicles, it is recommended to mix 600 kg of straw, 2,000 kg of lime, and 400 liters of water. Regular maintenance of the cubicles requires 600 kg of straw, 1,500 kg of lime, and a maximum of 300 liters of water.

We recommend refilling the tank once a week, along with daily maintenance to remove manure and ensure the mixture is evenly distributed. This approach ensures that the litter is always dry and clean, promoting optimal animal welfare.
