Méteil Proti BIO is an organic crop blend composed of triticale, winter oats, forage peas, and winter vetch. It is designed to provide balanced forage in protein, starch, and cellulose while meeting the requirements of organic farming.

Thanks to its high proportion of legumes (peas and vetch), Méteil Proti BIO naturally fixes nitrogen, reducing fertilizer requirements. It helps reduce the use of herbicides and fungicides thanks to a dense plant cover that limits weed growth and reduces the risk of lodging.

Its diverse composition ensures optimal risk distribution: depending on climatic and soil conditions, certain species will naturally compensate for others, guaranteeing stable yields.

Its harvesting flexibility allows early silage harvesting (late April–early May) to be followed by a summer crop, or harvesting at the dough grain stage (late June–early July) for maximum forage utilization.

    • Pure stand: 150–250 kg/ha at a depth of 3–4 cm.
  • Fertilization:
    • Organic: max. 60 to 80 units N.

  • Harvest methods:
