Product details

This intercrop mix (CIPAN) has been specially designed to allow for shallow sowing (spreader and roller), but also possible with a seed drill. Catch crops (CIPAN) are put in place to fix the excess nitrogen in the soil after the harvest or produced by mineralization in the fall.
A quick emergence holds weeds, fixes excess nitrate, and prevents soil erosion.

The composition of the various components has been chosen so that, on the one hand, the legumes fix atmospheric nitrogen. On the other hand, the arable land is maintained, penetrated, and loosened by a large root system. Additionally, the plow pan is broken by the powerful taproots. Thus, the entire soil is well loosened and thus replaces the effect of frost even in depth. Moreover, the chosen varieties are sensitive to frost, so that decomposition occurs or slight mechanical work allows for the creation of the seedbed in spring without plowing. The result is a perfect seedbed preparation, which allows optimal moisture retention, with well-aerated arable land enriched with humus and nutrients for an optimal start, even during dry springs. Biomass production for the formation of humus is at the forefront. Additionally, this mix provides food for honeybees.
